The practice is in- network with Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, United Healthcare/ Optum, UMR, Medcost, Aetna, and Centivo Insurances. Private pay is also accepted.

As a courtesy, insurance will be filed on the clients' behalf.  Clients are responsible for verifying co-payments and deductibles with their healthcare provider prior to their first appointment.
